Spring

Summer
White clouds. Green fields.
Under the strong summer sun, the rice fields shine in a single sweep of green.
The shadows of great clouds travel slowly across the fields and mountains.
Autumn
A town and mountains beyond the leaves.
Red, orange and gold foliage layers across the hillside in the foreground.
Beyond it, the town and successive mountain ridges stretch beneath the autumn sky.
Winter
Warmth at the heart of winter.
Winter light falls across the fusuma as the heater glows inside.
While the iron kettle warms, time in the house seems to slow with it.
